At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be experimental, but your satisfaction shouldn't be. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment to ensure it arrives safely at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
